I used to go to the **(BRAND)** Coffee place and would spend $5.00 for a tall latte... remember to do that, I had to get dressed, brush my hair and use my fuel...
Now I make mine anytime I want, in my pjs, hair every which way, day or night... especially useful for late night lattes...lol

I was in a vehicle accident in 2014, in which I crushed my legs and pelvis, with multiple surgeries thereafter. Those injuries result in aching and swelling of my legs after long days of walking. My whole life I’ve had issues with acne because of hormonal imbalances from a hypothyroid, PCOS, and IC. I take the ganoderma essentials every day and know it is contributing to why my hair and skin feel so amazing. I love mixing it with the g-drops as a face mask. I also have very sensitive skin and used to break out in hives ( red patches ) whenever I would be in the sun for too long or when I got out of the shower. It would be triggered from heat. If you've ever been sick, you've experienced what an acidic environment can do to your health. I use essentials multiple times daily for that very reason. All I can say is that I haven't gotten sick yet. I can't say that the essentials is the reason, but I can say that I won't stop using them.

This particular product, Ganoderma Essentials, has such a wide variety of positive uses! Not only does it give my body what it needs, since Ganoderma is an adaptogen it does things I don't even know it's doing. Beyond the two I take as part of my daily routine, we use Essential instead of over the counter pain relievers now!
