I have had IBS for several years. IBS somewhat controls what you can and can not do. Three years ago, I had to have emergency gall bladder surgery. My IBS became acute! Couldn't even go out to eat without taking 2 imodium before hand and only sometimes it would make the "problem" controllable. Two weeks ago, I started taking SBH product, G-Burn for energy. From the first capsule, to today, I have NOT!!!!! had ANY episodes of IBS!!!!!! And I am down 8 pounds without even trying!! And the energy is great!
